The Valtech Group is expanding its workspace.
Fueled by a chronic lack of space, the Valtech Group is continuously building and renovating.
A few months ago, Ad Rem moved to their new place across the street (Krommebeekstraat 22), where an existing building with warehouse was converted into offices. The principal meeting room is impressively modern, while the smaller internal meeting room has a high table to enable dynamic discussions. The commitment to ergonomics is strong, as the height-adjustable desks make it possible for the employees to also work standing up. Furthermore, the acoustics and a general pleasant surroundings were considered for the interior design.
Valvan & Gualchierani Baling Systems and Motus Handling employees also enjoyed an office expansion, in addition to a renovation of the existing offices. One of the new meeting rooms can host up to 20 people, which is useful for large delegations coming from Asia and elsewhere around the world. The room can also be utilized for training sessions and other business/corporate functions. To improve the accessibility of the building, an elevator and new lunch room were added. The lunch room is on the top floor, offering a view over the surrounding green area to ensure a relaxing lunch break.
Meanwhile, Vaskon is building an assembly workplace that is more than 3 times larger than what they currently have.
'The workplace will be divided into a number of project zones. The incoming parts will immediately be grouped in the right zone according to their project, which will make the assembly a lot more efficient.'
From the workplace, a green zone is visible, through which the Krommebeek stream flows. This provides a pleasant setting for employees. Immediately next to it, an existing building houses newly installed offices.
As an added bonus, a combination of all these different improvements has resulted in a reduction of the parking problem in the street.
